A. Indo US workshop: Centre for international Cooperation in collaboration with Central Connecticut State University, New Britain, USA organised one week workshop on Introduction, synthesis and Characterization of nanomaterials from 16th- 21st December in 2019. The workshop provided an opportunity to participants by the useful insights and scopes in highly-interdisciplinary research field of nano science and nanotechnology through expert lectures and hands-on-training in laboratory.

 

B. International conference: An International Conference on Green Technologies: Issues and Challenges was successfully organised by Centre for International Cooperation in collaboration with Central Connecticut State University, New Britain, USA from 22nd to 24th September 2022. This conference focussed on issues related to environment. The ideas and research exchanged during the conference were based on Green Technology Topics like Biodegradation of polymers, Waste treatment management, green technologies for greener environment, Biogeochemical cycles, Eco-toxicology, Processing of recycled polymers, Recycling of leather, Recycling of paper, Green building, Recycling/Reuse of materials, Ionic liquids, Eco-friendly paints, Renewable resources, Biodegradable rubbers, Rubber recycling, Nano-materials toxicity, Air pollution, Water pollution, Soil pollution etc. It also provided platform to researchers to interact with other Academician, Scientists, Engineers and Industry personnel’s.

 

C. Joint research project with Tokyo University of Science:

A Joint research project with Tokyo University of Science, Japan entitled “Development of new flame retardant and heavy metal free  thermal stabilizers for polymers especially used in building and construction applications” of 5 Lakh Yen has successfully been completed.
